URBECOPIA: THE FUTURE OF THE VENEZUELAN CITIES
The inefficacy and inadequacy of the Venezuelan government to solve social and economical problem has forced its citizen to seek for their own solutions. In the year 2100, Venezuelan cities will become independent from any social and economical control of the Venezuelan government, giving the rise of self-organized and self-governed cities of co-op communities across the major cities of Venezuela. This project particularly seeks to explore this idea in the northeastern coastal city of barcelona, due to its slow and poor social and economical development.
